My Roots and Career
I was born and raised in Naples, a city where cooking is more than a tradition; it’s a way of life. My mother and grandmother were wizards in the kitchen, and their dishes taught me that food can tell stories and evoke emotions. At 14, I decided to dedicate my life to this art and began my training near the beautiful Amalfi Coast.
Over the years, my passion took me to places like London, where I had the good fortune to work at the acclaimed Nobu and exclusive private clubs. I also had the opportunity to take my skills to Russia and Australia, exploring new flavors and techniques that have enriched my style.

My approach to cooking has always been personal and detailed. It’s not just about creating a delicious dish but designing an experience that engages all the senses. From selecting fresh ingredients to the final presentation, every step is meant to delight my diners.

A year ago, my life changed in a wonderful way. Becoming a father has given me a new perspective and deepened my love for cooking even more. I want my son to grow up seeing that passion and dedication are the keys to doing what you love.
