To celebrate my 60th birthday we invited my close family to stay a week at a beautiful Finca (Son Salas) in Mallorca and organized Francesco to prepare 4 dinners and a lunch. Beforehand we were nervous because not everyone's taste is the same but Francesco is absolutely amazing! After our first lunch we all looked forward to every following dinner. Every dish is prepared with the highest quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. He is not only a 5 star chef he is also a very caring person. He made sure the people with allergies feel not left out. We hope we will have the opportunity to enjoy his cooking again soon!

We've had the pleasure of having Francesco as our chef on our holiday on Mallorca for one lunch and four dinners. Apart from being a great chef, Francesco is also a wonderful and pleasant person. Every meal is cooked with fresh ingredients and great variety. Presentation is wonderful. We enjoyed every meal, exceeding most high ranked restaurants. I can recommend hiring him, he will not disappoint!

I can only write nice things about of Francesco and his team Marco and Tatiana. I hired them for a client who was celebrating her birthday, and needed a catering service for a week in a luxury villa. They were very professional from the beginning, from the moment Francesco contacted the client to define details of the menus. During the service, the food was of great quality and presentation, but they were also very attentive, discreet and respectful. Likewise, they were very flexible, and showed a predisposition for last-minute requests, which was very appreciated. Francesco is simply the best! Not only is he the greatest chef with the absolute freshest and tastiest food but also such an amazing, kind and fun human being! We enjoyed every meal cooked by and every hour spent with him! Can‘t wait to be back soon for more of the deliciousness.

Our family (6 adults, 2 teens & a 9-month-old grandbaby) came together for our first visit to Mallorca to celebrate some big milestones in 2023 and to celebrate ALL being together. My first and highest priority was to find a chef that would provide a memorable local/international gastro experience for our family that has some real FOODIES among us, but also has some food challenges – peanut allergy, one non-seafood eater, a non-beef eater and some other limitations. After interviewing 3 chefs, Francesco was the clear choice – his passion for food and cooking, his responsiveness to all my queries, his personalized and thoughtful menus, his flexibility and the variety of dishes in his repertoire.Francesco exceeded all expectations! He provided a unique dining experience for each of the 4 evenings we dined al fresco at home. The flavors, variety of dishes, presentation and service were all outstanding and set a very high bar. While he traveled over an hour each way, he and his assistant Lolly were always on time. They prepared the food, set the table, served us, and cleaned up the entire kitchen each night. He was flexible if we wanted to move dinner to an earlier or later time than originally agreed. At our request, he selected some wines for us each evening as well as picked up some pastries for breakfast the next morning.Sample Dishes: 1. Gambas al ajillo (garlic prawns) 2. Caprese salad with 6 kind of tomatoes, buffalo burrata and fresh basil 3. Wild sea bass Mallorcan style with saffron parmentier (with mixed cherry tomatoes, dried grapes and shaved almonds 4. Mixed paella with seafood, chicken & vegetables 5. Presa Ibérica with roasted potatoes and homemade romesco sauce 6. Tiramisu della nonna (Grandma's recipe) 7. White chocolate and yogurt ganache with raspberry sorbet and carob bean crumbleFrancesco, you are an extraordinarily talented chef and made our 2023 FAMILY GATHERING in Mallorca truly memorable. What a magnificent chef and a spectacular evening! Francesco prepared and served an Italian-themed meal for our family and friends while we were staying in a villa in Mallorca. The food was abundant, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. He was very flexible about accommodating several allergies and food preferences, making it easy for everyone to dive right in! Francesco was fun to have around and passionate about the food he prepared for us. We had leftovers for the following day, which everyone ate FOR BREAKFAST! He also prepared a meal for us in advance to have the following evening, which was equally spectacular and easy to heat up and pull together. If we could, we would have packed him up and brought him back to the U.S. with us. P.S. If you don't order his grandmother's special recipe for tiramisu you will be very sorry - it's to die for! Highly recommend!

The food was amazing and Francesco and his team provided a really good service, too. Totally recommend!
