Having grown up in Naples on the Amalfi Coast, there’s no chef on Mallorca that specialises in Italian cuisine quite like Francesco Flavio Colucci. He has worked in some of the most well-known restaurants in the world including the Michelin-start Japanese restaurant Nobu and at various private clubs in London. Alongside his stand-out experience working in restaurants, Francesco was also private chef to an Arabic prince. He has been living on Mallorca since 2014, where he now works solely as a personal and private chef.
