When thinking about chefs, it’s only natural that most people would think that their job is to keep the kitchen up and running and cook their food deliciously. While that’s certainly true, it’s only the more vibrant half of my job. The more subtle, but no less important other half is the service itself. That’s why I take care of every detail personally and do everything I can to anticipate what my clients need at any given time. Knowing how and when to serve each of my proposals is an important part of what I believe differentiates me from my peers. I like to be involved a hundred percent in each of the events I carry out. When each client can enjoy the occasion without having to worry about absolutely anything, I consider the event a true success.
