Su Chef Privado en Mallorca<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Que cada comensal disfrute de los mejores platos (creaciones culinarias) con todos sus sentidos, es mi gran objetivo, tal como me inspiraron a hacerlo mi madre y mi abuela a trav\u00e9s de su deliciosa cocina. Por eso, a los 14 a\u00f1os, decid\u00ed iniciar mi carrera cerca de N\u00e1poles y la Costa Amalfitana hasta deleitar paladares como Chef Privado en Mallorca.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En cuanto obtuve mi diploma en la escuela secundaria de hosteler\u00eda de mi ciudad natal, sab\u00eda que deb\u00eda recorrer el mundo para dar comienzo a mi verdadera vida como chef. Quer\u00eda nutrirme de nuevos sabores, aromas, sensaciones\u2026 para luego plasmarlos en la mesa con mi sello personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mi primera parada, con 18 a\u00f1os, fue Torrevieja, Espa\u00f1a, donde comenc\u00e9 a trabajar en un restaurante italiano durante el verano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luego lleg\u00f3 Londres, donde viv\u00ed grandes experiencias laborales y de vida durante tres emocionantes a\u00f1os. Trabaj\u00e9 en reconocidos establecimientos como el restaurante japon\u00e9s Nobu (1 estrella Michelin) y en prestigiosos clubes privados como el George Club y el Harry's Bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fue en el cosmopolita Londres donde tambi\u00e9n comenc\u00e9 mi andadura como chef privado, al ofrecer mis creaciones culinarias en el hogar de un pr\u00edncipe \u00e1rabe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La inmensa y diversa Rusia fue mi siguiente destino. Part\u00ed a Vladivostok, donde tuve la gran oportunidad de ense\u00f1ar a los 18 miembros de la cocina de un hotel de 4 estrellas, todo sobre cocina tradicional italiana y mediterr\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buscando un clima m\u00e1s c\u00e1lido, decid\u00ed mudarme a Australia durante cinco a\u00f1os, donde trabaj\u00e9 como jefe de cocina en un elegante restaurante de Melbourne y como sous chef en un restaurante-pizzer\u00eda en Magnetic Island, una isla tropical frente a Queensland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cuando sent\u00ed la necesidad de regresar a Europa, opt\u00e9 por la soleada isla de Mallorca. A mi llegada en 2014, trabaj\u00e9 como Sous Chef en Fosh Catering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2017 decid\u00ed que hab\u00eda llegado la hora de compartir mi personal visi\u00f3n culinaria como chef privado en Mallorca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de aprendizajes y experiencias internacionales en famosos restaurantes y de la mano de reconocidos chefs, s\u00f3lo puedo confirmar que mi pasi\u00f3n por la cocina es a\u00fan mayor que cuando comenc\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Busco que cada experiencia, cada sabor y cada detalle sean \u00fanicos para transmitir mi pasi\u00f3n por la cocina en cada plato\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
