Oktober bis 1. November<\/strong>habe ich das Vergn\u00fcgen, beim <strong>Reset Retreat<\/strong>zu kochen \u2013 einer Erfahrung, die von <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/blue_spaceswellbeing\">Blue Spaces<\/a><\/strong> geschaffen wurde, um wieder mit sich selbst in Verbindung zu treten \u2013 durch Bewegung, Natur und innere Ruhe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ffcolucci\/\">Als Chefkoch<\/a>ist es mein Ziel, dass jedes Gericht zu einer Meditation wird: <strong>Kochen hei\u00dft zuh\u00f6ren, f\u00fchlen und n\u00e4hren<\/strong>. In diesem Retreat wird jede Mahlzeit Teil dieses Prozesses sein \u2013 eine Br\u00fccke zwischen k\u00f6rperlichem Wohlbefinden und seelischer Gelassenheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-normal-font-size\">Nahrung als Energie und Pr\u00e4senz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr ein Yoga-Retreat zu kochen bedeutet mehr als nur Geschmack \u2013 es ist eine bewusste Praxis.\nJede Zutat, jede Textur, jedes Aroma tr\u00e4gt eine Intention in sich: K\u00f6rper und Seele zu n\u00e4hren, zu tr\u00f6sten und die Sinne zu \u00f6ffnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend dieser f\u00fcnf Tage genie\u00dfen die Teilnehmenden eine K\u00fcche, die mit dem Rhythmus von K\u00f6rper und Geist im Einklang steht:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list sm-color-signal-0 nb-list\" data-palette=\"1\" data-palette-variation=\"1\" data-color-signal=\"0\">\n<li><strong>Leichte, vitalisierende Fr\u00fchst\u00fccke und Brunches<\/strong>, mit frischen, saisonalen und lokalen Produkten aus Mallorca \u2013 in perfekter Harmonie mit der Umgebung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sanfte Nachmittagsimbisse<\/strong> , die Energie w\u00e4hrend der Workshops und Momente der Reflexion spenden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abendessen unter den Sternen<\/strong>, bei denen sich mediterrane Aromen mit der Ruhe des Sonnenuntergangs vereinen \u2013 ein Raum der Verbindung und Dankbarkeit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die K\u00fcche wird ein lebendiger Teil des Retreats sein: schlicht, nat\u00fcrlich und zutiefst menschlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/ffcolucci-chef.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/imgi_234_Finca-auf-Mallorca-mieten-27-750x499-1-edited.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3466\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ffcolucci-chef.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/imgi_234_Finca-auf-Mallorca-mieten-27-750x499-1-edited.jpg 750w, https:\/\/ffcolucci-chef.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/imgi_234_Finca-auf-Mallorca-mieten-27-750x499-1-edited-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ffcolucci-chef.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/imgi_234_Finca-auf-Mallorca-mieten-27-750x499-1-edited-18x10.jpg 18w, https:\/\/ffcolucci-chef.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/imgi_234_Finca-auf-Mallorca-mieten-27-750x499-1-edited-250x141.jpg 250w, https:\/\/ffcolucci-chef.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/imgi_234_Finca-auf-Mallorca-mieten-27-750x499-1-edited-480x270.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-normal-font-size\">Die Umgebung: Ein Heilraum zum Zur\u00fccksetzen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Das Retreat findet in einem historischen Landgut in den mallorquinischen H\u00fcgeln statt, umgeben von alten Olivenb\u00e4umen und dem Duft von wildem Rosmarin.\nEin Ort, der dazu einl\u00e4dt, das Tempo zu verlangsamen. Die Stille zu h\u00f6ren. Die Erde unter den F\u00fc\u00dfen zu sp\u00fcren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach Yogastunden, Meeresb\u00e4dern und Spazierg\u00e4ngen in der Natur werden die Mahlzeiten zu einem heiligen Moment \u2013 einem <strong>Ritual der Begegnung<\/strong> mit anderen und mit sich selbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meine Aufgabe als Koch ist es, diesen unsichtbaren Raum zu h\u00fcten \u2013 den Moment, in dem K\u00f6rper und Seele am Tisch Platz nehmen und sich erkennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-normal-font-size\">Mehr als ein Retreat \u2013 eine Transformation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reset Retreat<\/strong> ist nicht nur eine Auszeit, sondern ein Wendepunkt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcnf Tage tiefster Erholung, bewusster Bewegung, Atmung, Reflexion \u2026 und ja, auch kulinarischer Freude. Denn wahres Wohlbefinden bedeutet, das Leben mit allen Sinnen zu genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedes Gericht, das ich zubereite, ist eine Einladung, im Moment zu sein, das
