Today I want you to get to know me better.<br>I am Francesco, a private chef on the charming island of Mallorca. Today I want to open the doors of my culinary world to you, sharing not only my career but also the deeper motivations that drive me every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>My Roots and Career<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was born and raised in Naples, a city where cooking is more than a tradition; it\u2019s a way of life. My mother and grandmother were wizards in the kitchen, and their dishes taught me that food can tell stories and evoke emotions. At 14, I decided to dedicate my life to this art and began my training near the beautiful Amalfi Coast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the years, my passion took me to places like London, where I had the good fortune to work at the acclaimed Nobu and exclusive private clubs. I also had the opportunity to take my skills to Russia and Australia, exploring new flavors and techniques that have enriched my style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inspiration in Every Dish<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My approach to cooking has always been personal and detailed. It&#8217;s not just about creating a delicious dish but designing an experience that engages all the senses. From selecting fresh ingredients to the final presentation, every step is meant to delight my diners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What sets my work apart is personalization. I love getting to know my clients, understanding their tastes, and creating menus that reflect their preferences. Every event is a new opportunity to innovate and surprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>A New Motivation&#8230;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A year ago, my life changed in a wonderful way. Becoming a father has given me a new perspective and deepened my love for cooking even more. I want my son to grow up seeing that passion and dedication are the keys to doing what you love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every time I prepare a dish, I think of him and the legacy I want to leave.
