“To celebrate my 60th birthday we invited my close family to stay a week at a beautiful Finca (Son Salas) in Mallorca and organized Francesco to prepare 4 dinners and a lunch. Beforehand we were nervous because not everyone’s taste is the same but Francesco is absolutely amazing! After our first lunch we all looked forward to every following dinner. Every dish is prepared with the highest quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. He is not only a 5 star chef he is also a very caring person. He made sure the people with allergies feel not left out. We hope we will have the opportunity to enjoy his cooking again soon!”<\/em>
