My one mission as a private chef in Mallorca is to – with passion – brand each dish I cook with two things. These are the influences of my childhood in Italy, and more than 20 years of experience I’ve gained working in kitchens around the world.”

As a private chef in Mallorca, I make sure to choose and purchase each ingredient myself. Whether it’s in exclusive butcher shops, renowned fishmongers, fresh farmers’ markets, supermarkets and, specialty stores, to make sure everything is just right.”

I hired them for a client who was celebrating her birthday, and needed a catering service for a week in a luxury villa. They were very professional from the beginning, from the moment Francesco contacted the client to define details of the menus.
